Online Stock?

How can I play the stock market online? I don’t want to risk everything, only a few hundred that I am willing to use. I don’t want to pay by the dividend, I rather buy the a single stock completely.

How can I do this online? I only want to monitor it first, get a feel of it.

      which lets you invest $1,000,000 of “play money”, just as if you were the manager of a mutual fund. You pick the stocks. You can track your results easily, and the system has realistic values for commissions, “spread”, etc. If you trade there for a while, it will give you a feeling for real trades with a real broker later.
